Product Manager
Role Overview
You will lead the UK product management for our Biologics Injectables portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy, execution, and growth of this portfolio across the UK market. This is a key position with broad responsibilities, including brand strategy, KOL management, product launches, supply chain management, and surgeon education.

Role Requirements
Lead and drive the UK portfolio strategy with a focus on strategic accounts and partnership sales, aligning with global brand strategy.
Cultivate and expand key UK surgeon relationships to ensure portfolio growth and influence.
Oversee operational aspects of the portfolio, including forecasting, product introductions, backorder management, and ensuring efficient supply planning.
Develop and manage medical education initiatives, working closely with the Med Ed team and external partners to enhance surgeon knowledge and product adoption.
Deliver comprehensive product and sales training to territory managers and specialists, ensuring the sales force is well-equipped to promote and sell products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials for UK customers, including newsletters, e-shots, and social media campaigns to support product launches and ongoing promotions.
Spearhead relevant research initiatives to provide scientific evidence supporting the product portfolio and aiding in NICE submissions.
Person Specifications
Ideally degree-educated in a relevant field such as medical sciences, anatomy, sports science, or physiotherapy.
Experience in medical sales, with experience in biologics injectables highly desirable. Previous exposure to Product Management or marketing qualifications is a significant advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and with key stakeholders. A highly demanding role requiring resilience, commitment, and passion.
Although this is a leadership role without direct line management responsibility, you must possess strong influencing skills to inspire and lead teams.
Excellent communication skills to deliver clear and concise messaging, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively plan for key events, campaigns, and product launches.

Guaranteed Monthly Bonus: £2,500
