Role Overview

You will manage the Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) product portfolio, shaping strategy, supporting new product development, and executing marketing plans to ensure product success.

Role Requirements

Conduct market research to gather customer insights and track industry trends
Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product development initiatives
Create and implement strategic product plans including pricing and promotion
Develop global marketing campaigns with strong positioning and messaging
Monitor post-launch performance and drive improvements based on feedback
Identify opportunities for enhancing product quality and user experience

Person Specifications

Degree in molecular biology or related field
Experience in a commercial role within Life Sciences, Genomics, or IVD
Knowledge of NGS in a clinical setting
Strong analytical and customer-focused approach
Willingness to travel up to 20%, including internationally
