Recruitment Account Manager
Role Overview
Working closely with our dedicated sourcers within our delivery team, you’ll ensure vacancies are effectively managed from briefing through to placement, while driving account growth and maintaining exceptional client service.
Alongside delivering excellent recruitment solutions, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships built on expertise, trust and results. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your ability to combine commercial awareness with exceptional relationship management will directly contribute to Zenopa’s continued success.

Role Requirements
– Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
– Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to expand, developing partnerships, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
– As a Recruiter, collaborate closely with the resourcing team to ensure vacancies are managed efficiently from candidate identification, attraction and engagement through to the process management. The Recruiter manages the process from job briefing and candidates from 1st interview to placement.
– Maintain a commercial focus, meeting performance goals while delivering an exceptional service centred around providing clients with expertise, cultural understanding and excellence; to reinforce Zenopa’s reputation in the market.
Person Specifications
– Experience in recruitment, ideally a minimum of 2 years
– Experience maintaining and developing current customer relationships
– A proven ability to work collaboratively with others in the business to achieve outcomes
– A growth mindset to support your development both professionally and personally
– Within 45 minutes of our office, HP10 8EG
