Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead capital equipment sales across Scotland. This is an autonomous, field-based role where you will take full ownership of your territory, managing both established hospital accounts and new business opportunities within point-of-care ultrasound. You will collaborate closely with clinical and support teams to ensure healthcare professionals are equipped with reliable imaging solutions that support confident decision-making at the point of care.

Company Information

Our client is a global leader in point-of-care medical imaging, specialising in portable ultrasound systems used across hospitals, clinics, and community healthcare settings. The organisation combines technical innovation with a strong commitment to clinical education and customer partnership. The culture is performance-oriented yet collaborative, with clear expectations, strong support infrastructure, and genuine autonomy for territory leaders. Employees are trusted to manage their regions responsibly while contributing to a wider team focused on clinical impact and long-term customer relationships.

Role Requirements

Drive sales growth across Scotland, achieving or exceeding regional revenue targets.
Manage and develop existing hospital accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Deliver structured product presentations and clinical demonstrations to support purchasing decisions.
Manage pricing discussions, quotations, and contract negotiations with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
Support customers with training, upgrades, and ongoing account development to ensure sustained utilisation.

Person Specifications

Experience in capital equipment sales; hospital or clinical sales experience preferred.
Consistent track record of delivering against commercial targets.
Experience delivering clinical demonstrations or stakeholder presentations.
Self-motivated, organised, and commercially focused, with the ability to manage a regional territory independently.

Package

Uncapped commission of approximately £50,000, paid from day one.
On-target earnings of approximately £100,000–£140,000.
Company van.
Additional benefits including private healthcare, pension, and insurances.

If you are motivated by clinical partnership, territory ownership, and measurable commercial performance within the NHS environment, we welcome your application.

Unless stated otherwise, candidates applying for UK-based positions must already be authorised to work in the UK.
