Sales Specialist
Role Overview
Sell a portfolio of IVD solutions into NHS and private laboratories across the East Midlands, managing all sales activities and customer interactions both in-person and remotely.

Role Requirements
Develop and manage customer relationships within NHS and private sector labs
Promote and sell across the full diagnostic portfolio including haematology and molecular biology
Conduct site visits, attend conferences, and support virtually via MS Teams
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
Provide excellent post-sale support and maintain CRM data accurately
Person Specifications
Science degree
Minimum 2 years of IVD or life science sales experience OR FAS seeking sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with travel across the East Midlands
Package
Uncapped commission (OTE approx. £10,000)
Car allowance or company car
