Role Requirements
Main focus:
Maintain and develop existing Biotech customers, via account plans and sales strategies.
Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters within the Biotech segment.
Identify potential new Biotech Accounts within the designated region and develop sales strategies.
Maintain partnerships with the company’s key supply partners, engage in joint visits and exhibitions to improve relationships and establish the company as the preferred route to market.
Continually monitor market conditions (e.g. customer requirements, new product developments, legislation, competitor activity). Report this informally and formally through the CRM.
Working with eProcurement to manage annual price increases and renewals ensuring customer acceptance whilst maximising the margins and maintaining the business.
Working with other members of the commercial team help deliver the Sales and Marketing objectives of the business.
