We’re seeking a Sales Specialist for the ImmunoDiagnostics Division, covering the North West and Midlands. This is an opportunity to manage a well-established, successful territory, bridging the gap between Primary and Secondary care, while driving innovation in the Allergy & Autoimmune market.

Role Requirements

Maintain and grow existing business in Allergy & Autoimmune diagnostics.
Initiate the sales process and drive growth in your territory.
Own and negotiate contracts, including capital sales, reagent rentals, and service agreements.
Lead tender responses, collaborating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Support Cost Per Reportable (CPR) customers, including conducting stock checks.
Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in your territory.
Ensure compliance with internal Quality Processes.
Attend and contribute to internal and external meetings and events.

Person Specifications

Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Effective sales planning and territory management expertise.
A self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
A “Can Do” attitude and passion for making an impact.
Strong prospecting, sales, and closing skills.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region (~75%).
