Sales Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join a leading diagnostics team. This is a field-based position covering the North West of England and Scotland, focused on driving sales and market share growth across a Core Laboratory portfolio-including Urinalysis, HbA1c, and Molecular Biology.
This role offers the opportunity to represent innovative diagnostic solutions that support healthcare providers in delivering better patient outcomes.

Role Requirements
· Promote and sell a comprehensive range of core lab diagnostic solutions to the NHS.
· Develop strong relationships with laboratory managers, procurement leads, and biomedical scientists.
· Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales process, from lead generation through to close.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
· Accurately report on territory activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Person Specifications
· Proven experience in diagnostic / life science/ medical device sales
· An understanding of laboratory diagnostics, particularly in Urinalysis, HbA1c, and Molecular Biology
· Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
· Results-driven and able to work independently across a large geographic territory.
· Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline preferred.
· Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
