Sales Specialist
Role Overview
You will manage and develop the business within the Golden Triangle (Oxford, Cambridge and London), meeting volume and profit targets in line with an agreed Business Development Plan, and in line with an overall strategy of the Company.

They operate from a centrally located warehouse in the West Midlands, enabling efficient service across the UK and beyond.
Role Requirements
To contribute to and maintain a Territory Development Plan which is in line with the Company’s overall strategy, for agreement by the Management Team, encompassing the strategic development of business within the desired market sectors and product groups.
To serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and ensure any customer interaction is seen through to a positive conclusion
To visit Customers and Key Opinion Leaders to develop Sales and Awareness of the entire product range in order to successfully meet the volume and profit objectives of the Company as defined in the Business Development Plan, utilising the support of the rest of the sales team where appropriate.
To identify and relay market feedback regarding customer and competitor activity which can help shape the overall strategic direction of the company and ultimately improve profitability through the seizing of opportunities and avoidance of threats.
Person Specifications
Consumable or equipments field sales sales experience into academia/ Pharma/ biotech.
Relevant degree (life science).
You will have a true passion for scientific sales.
