Role Overview
You will collaborate with the commercial team to drive business growth, providing technical expertise to sales representatives, distributors/resellers, laboratories across the UK.
Company Information
This company specialises in the technical side of clinical diagnostic fields including molecular biology, thalassaemia testing, immunochemistry, and diabetes detection and monitoring.
Role Requirements
Be responsible for supporting tender project management, including organising meetings to ensure team alignment.
Support data review and submission for Key Performance Indicator reports.
Conduct stock checks at customer sites as needed.
Deploy Lot Switch notifications and submit data to relevant teams.
Provide training to customers and ensure internal training standards are met.
Assist the Sales team with pre- and post-sales technical activities, including presentations and exhibitions.
Person Specifications
Have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science or related field.
Have 5+ years of relevant experience, including tender and/or Product Application writing.
Be familiar with tender portals, Contract Finder, and UK procurement regulations preferred.
Have knowledge of Managed Service Contracts and Clinical Diagnostics advantageous.
Be home-office based and willing to travel extensively (>70%) including overnight stays.
