Senior Sales Specialist
Role Overview
You’ll play a key role in driving growth across the Midlands and North West regions. You’ll take ownership of strategic, long-term sales cycles focusing on major NHS accounts and complex tender-based opportunities. You will be tasled with building deep partnerships, delivering tailored diagnostic solutions, and aiding the future of laboratory medicine.

Role Requirements
Drive commercial growth through new business development and strategic account management (approx. 70/30 split).
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across NHS and private healthcare providers.
Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to tender submission and contract negotiation.
Collaborate closely with specialist technicals to design and present cutting-edge diagnostic and automation solutions.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade events, and customer meetings.
Person Specifications
Able to confidently managing: multi-stakeholder relationships, tenders, and key decision-making at C-suite level.
3+ years’ experience in IVD sales, ideally within Blood Science, Biochemistry, or Immunoassay.
Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, or a related field (advanced qualification desirable).
Strong understanding of NHS procurement and laboratory workflows.
A proactive, “hunter” mentality with a collaborative mindset and commercial acumen.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally (3-4 days per week, with some overnights).
