Role Overview

This is a commercially focused sales specialist role within the diabetes space, centred on launching and driving adoption of next-generation Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology. You will take ownership of territory performance, working to ensure patients gain access to advanced monitoring solutions that support informed clinical decision-making.

The role combines product launch delivery, stakeholder engagement, and navigation of NHS systems. You will operate across clinical and procurement environments, aligning device and digital solutions to service needs while delivering measurable commercial outcomes across your region (Bucks, Berks, Oxford, South West).

Role Requirements

Lead the launch of a new CGM product within your territory, delivering against defined commercial objectives and contributing to the broader Near Patient Care strategy.
Drive adoption of digital and device-based solutions, including AI-enabled technologies, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and patient management needs.
Navigate national and local NHS frameworks to identify access opportunities and implement practical, region-specific strategies.
Engage and influence clinical and financial stakeholders across Primary and Secondary Care to build advocacy and support long-term adoption.
Deliver structured training to healthcare professionals and patients to ensure confident and effective use of the technology.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder networks to support sustained growth across the portfolio.

Person Specifications

Proven sales experience within the diabetes therapeutic area.
Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of delivering results.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Nursing preferred, with postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
Experience managing high-value payer relationships.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across clinical and financial audiences.
Exposure to medical and market access environments.
Confidence working cross-functionally within complex healthcare systems.
A clear motivation to improve outcomes for people living with diabetes.

12% bonus.
£7,200 car allowance.
