Role Overview
You will develop marketing strategies for their DNA and RNA sequencing portfolio to research, clinical and pharma customers across Oxford and Cambridge.

Role Requirements
Develop strong relationships with Sales teams, fostering open communication channels to capture their valuable market insights and feedback.
Drive the development of global marketing campaigns and growth initiatives, using data and insights to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, optimizing pricing, distribution, and promotional tactics.
Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and strategic partners to leverage their insights and connections for market intelligence.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Person Specifications
Degree in molecular biology or a related field.
Experience in an international marketing role in Life Sciences, Genomics, or in Vitro Diagnostics.
Experience using customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
Deep knowledge of NGS and/or FISH, ideally in a clinical setting.
Willing to partake in regional and international travel.
