Technical Sales Account Manager
Role Overview
The primary responsibility is to nurture and expand relationships within our existing client base while also acquiring new clients through exceptional customer service and consistent communication. Your central goal is to exceed sales targets, deepen your understanding of customer industries, and provide top-tier technical expertise and expert guidance.

Zenopa’s client is seeking an individual with a degree in any science and B2B (ideally scientific) sales experience to join their team. They are now a global leader in the production and distribution of scientific optical components and bringing quality into focus for all of our products and services that they provide
Role Requirements
-Provide specialised technical support for Optics and related products during sales.
-Drive innovation for new product concepts and manage suppliers in SAP Business 1.
-Responsively handle inquiries, collaborate for accurate quotations, and address technical challenges.
-Foster key account relationships, identify new customers, and conduct sector-oriented research.
-Manage order pipeline, monitor website engagement, and explore opportunities for new products.
Person Specifications
-Sales/customer service experience in a technical field.
-Passion for science and tech.
-Proactive team player with strong organisational skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Qualifications:
-Essential: Sales experience within B2B
-Highly desirable: Bachelor’s degree in science or technical discipline.
Package
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 am – 5:00 pm; Friday: 08:30 am – 3:00 pm
