Technical Service Specialist
Role Overview
You will be responsible for handling installations, deinstallations, repairs, upgrades, and basic training across the Greater London customer base.

Role Requirements
Schedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities
Conduct site inspections and design planning for new installations
Install and deinstall instruments, performing IQ/OQ procedures as required
Deliver post-installation customer training and operator introductions
Perform and document hardware/software updates (TSBs)
Support customer business reviews and provide technical coaching
Assist and train other Technical Service Specialists as needed
Person Specifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in medical, electrical, mechanical engineering, or medical technology
Proven experience in a technical service position within diagnostics or medical devices
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Proficient in using analytical tools and service software
Ability to coach, train, and support peers in the field
Package
Up to £44,000 basic (depending on experience)
20% company bonus
Car or £5,800 car allowance
