Role Overview

You will be reporting directly to a senior leader, this role is critical to ensuring the effective administration, execution, and optimisation of contracts and tenders across the business. This position suits a “completer-finisher” who enjoys working with detail, structure, and accountability, and who thrives on seeing processes through from start to finish.

The role is UK-based and there will be expectations to travel across the territory.

Role Requirements

End-to-end contract administration, including implementation and governance.
Running and managing tender processes.
Managing contract exits and transitions.
Executing established processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Implementing changes to contract and tender workflows.
Providing strong analytical insight to support commercial decision-making.
Working closely with sales and other internal stakeholders.

Person Specifications

Experience & Background
IVD tendering experience.
IVD contract management experience.
IVD commercial or sales experience with strong tender knowledge.

Candidate Profile
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with structure, compliance, and deadlines.
Confident managing multiple tenders and contracts simultaneously.
Collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
