Tenders Specialist/ Bid Specialist
Role Overview
Lead and manage the tender process alongside the Enterprise Team, supporting strategic NHS bids and framework opportunities across the diagnostics portfolio.

Role Requirements
Support external customer meetings and field visits to map 3rd party solutions
Document and circulate key actions and minutes via the Tender Portal
Provide sales and technical insights to improve pre-tender positioning and win rate
Track and manage incoming tender opportunities, including frameworks and mini-competitions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather bid content and ensure timely submissions
Person Specifications
Experience in tender management within IVD or medical devices
Strong understanding of NHS procurement and framework processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with good organisational and project management ability
Familiarity with Pathology networks and NHS stakeholder engagement
