Role Overview
You will drive capital and digital equipment sales by conducting demos, managing pipelines, and closing deals, while ensuring seamless post-sale onboarding and early product adoption.

Role Requirements
Hit or exceed monthly / quarterly targets for lasers, imaging, chairs, and CAD/CAM services.
Build and progress a balanced pipeline.
Conduct on-site demos, ROI proposals, and close deals with principal dentists & procurement teams
Ensure smooth installation, training, and first-90-day usage to drive early revenue.
Person Specifications
3 + years selling dental or medical capital equipment with a proven sales record.
Strong clinical demo skills and financial ROI selling capability.
Comfortable with 3-D imaging, digital workflow, or CAD/CAM concepts.
Full UK clean driving license; home base in the South.
Package
Commission on equipment sales.
£8400 car allowance (payable monthly), laptop, Phone, CRM & demo kit.
Pension (auto-enrolment), private healthcare insurance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
