Role Requirements
Deliver high-quality training to both internal and external stakeholders, in line with regulatory and company standards.
Support customer onboarding, installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing engagement.
Manage field-based activities, such as audits, reporting, and product launches/upgrades.
Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success.
Lead product demonstrations for potential customers.
Person Specifications
Must have experience as a Registered Nurse or experience in training within healthcare.
Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
