Role Requirements
– Develop and promote sales, qualify customer needs, qualify demand for highly technical customers (laboratories) and propose appropriate solutions.
– Negotiate and conclude sales and sales contracts: reagents, laboratory equipment, services, etc.
– Prospect for new customers, build loyalty with existing customers, identify their needs and meet them with an appropriate offer.
– Apply action plans defined by the Sales Manager in line with operational marketing strategy.
– Respond to calls for tender issued by customers, applying the pricing and service policy communicated by the Sales Manager.
– Achieve sales targets approved by management.
– Maintain close relations with customers.
– Make regular visits to key customers.
– Update customer database (CRM).
– Produce weekly and monthly reports.
Person Specifications
– Higher education in biology (Bac+4 minimum)
– 3 to 5 years’ sales experience required in life science market
– Good office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
– Rigor, organization, strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation
– Fluent English
