Application Specialist
Role Overview
You will support customers by delivering tailored training, optimising workflows, and providing expert application support to enhance the standardisation and automation of microbiology quality control processes.

Role Requirements
Develop and deliver customised training programmes both onsite and remotely.
Design and refine innovative workflows to support automation in QC.
Ensure the success and satisfaction of customers by offering hands-on application expertise.
Act as a key resource for the support team in addressing complex workflow or application queries.
Contribute to product improvements through structured customer feedback.
Person Specifications
Master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent experience.
Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and convey technical information clearly.
Proactive and solution-focused mindset with excellent organisational and diagnostic skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
Based within commuting distance of Sint-Niklaas, Belgium.
