Role Requirements
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
Deliver high-quality sales and customer management by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Understand customer businesses to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain and report on a proactive pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
Champion tools that support customer business improvement and margin protection.
Execute journey plans, administrative tasks, and CRM updates in a timely and strategic manner.
Person Specifications
Good knowledge of the commercial and supply chain drivers of the pharmaceutical market.
Significant sales skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
Evidence of ability to win new business.
Proactive & driven mindset, with demonstrable ability to exceed goals.
