Our client are looking for a Clinical Application Specialist to support the sales team through demonstrating their ultrasound products, supporting installations, and providing training and education on their products/applications to customers.

Role Requirements

You will be responsible for:
– Improving customer satisfaction in the services that they provide
– Perform high quality, high value product demonstrations and hand-over as required
– Ensure that product features and specifications are fully understood so that the customer is able to appreciate the benefit of a solution
– Invest maximum time in the field to stay close to market expectations
– Implement local marketing plans to support sales targets
– Support clinical evaluations and communicate the result to management
– Collect high quality clinical images and create presentations for marketing activities
– Engaging with Key Opinion Leaders, business associations and stakeholders to represent the company
– Provide professional support at congresses and workshops to best represent the company

Person Specifications

Our client are looking for:
– Medical experience as a medical practioner, nurse, MTA, MRTA
– Experience in Ultrasound in a global medical device or healthcare related company
– Excellent PC and networking skills
– Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
– Methodical problem-solving skills and a process-oriented work attitude
