Role Requirements
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
Drive business growth by expanding the product portfolio and targeting new business opportunities.
Set, monitor, and report on sales targets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
Lead quarterly business review meetings to assess progress and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored account support and bespoke marketing campaigns.
Person Specifications
Commercial experience within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
Proven track record in account management and business development.
Strong analytical and sales forecasting capabilities.
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Package
Annual bonus up to 20% of salary based on performance.
Company car or £550 monthly car allowance.
25 days holiday + bank holidays, with the option to buy an additional 5 days.
