You will focus on quality interactions, aiming to enhance every experience for all, regardless of if they are new customer or part of our loyal customer base. The role will focus on delivering a great service to both our internal and external stakeholders.

Role Requirements
Onboard new German veterinary clinics and provide account management support.
Respond to customer queries via phone and email in both English and German.
Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction and outbound telephony activity.
Engage proactively with potential and less regular customers to drive growth.
Take ownership of your personal development path with guidance from your team.
Maintain regular communication with customers through verbal, written, and electronic means.
Person Specifications
German speaker – C1 Level.
Able to commute to Stockport 5x per week.
Good telephone manner.
Package
