Customer Success Engineer
Role Overview
You will deliver remote and on-site technical support for imaging systems, assist with installations and upgrades, travel regularly to support customers, and collaborate globally to drive product improvements through customer feedback.

Role Requirements
Provide remote technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues via helpdesk 1–2 days per week.
Support planned maintenance visits and assist with imaging system installations and upgrades.
Travel nationally and internationally up to 3–4 times per month to support customers.
Collaborate with global engineering teams across the UK and US.
Contribute to product improvements by gathering and relaying customer feedback.
Train and develop alongside experienced application scientists and engineers.

Package
Access to a company pool car at the office site in Guildford.
25 days holiday + 1 additional day, plus bank holidays (increases with long service).
Work-from-home days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Flexible working hours (7.5 hours/day; up to 12 hours including travel).
