Role Overview
You will promote and sell high-quality laboratory services (CRO services) and a full product portfolio (iLite solutions) to biotech and pharmaceutical companies across the DACH region and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and driving business growth within the drug discovery and development sector.

Role Requirements
Achieve agreed sales targets for laboratory services and product solutions within the DACH and Eastern European region.
Develop strong relationships with key biotech and pharma customers by understanding their needs and business environments.
Manage key accounts to maximize growth and win new business.
Plan and conduct customer meetings, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
Collaborate internally with CTO, CSO, Technology Managers, Internal Sales, Order Department, Product Managers, Marketing, the Contract Research Team, and R&D.
Actively participate in national and international conferences to enhance brand presence and industry engagement.
Person Specifications
Experience in service or product sales, particularly with antibodies, reagents, or bioassays.
Selling experience with pharma/biotech customers in the DACH region.
Strong business development capabilities.
Ph.D. or M.Sc. in a life science-related field.
