Field Service Engineer

You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating and verifying mechanical and electronic equipment related to X-Ray radiology and medical imaging in the Columbus and Dayton, Ohio areas.

Zenopa has partnered with a US-based company specialising in digital X-ray and diagnostic imaging equipment. They provide sales, servicing, and support for radiography, PACS, and related accessories across several states. With a focus on minimising downtime and delivering reliable service, they support healthcare, veterinary, and chiropractic providers in their region.

2+ years of experience in the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of medical imaging equipment is preferred.
Advanced electrical and electronic knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of computers and networking.
Frequently required to operate tools and machinery that use hand and/or foot controls (e.g. drills, saws, electronic test equipment, etc.) when servicing medical imaging equipment.
