Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Field Service Engineer to support advanced medical imaging systems across West Virginia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, working independently in the field, and serving as a trusted technical resource for customers.
Role Requirements
Install, maintain, and repair medical imaging equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades
Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime
Build strong customer relationships and provide on-site training
Manage service documentation, parts inventory, and territory planning
Person Specifications
Field service experience in medical imaging
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working independently in customer environments
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work flexible hours and be on call
