As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of medical imaging systems across healthcare facilities. Role Requirements
Installation, service, and maintenance of digital X-ray systems, portable X-ray equipment, and a broad range of medical imaging systems across customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and technical faults to ensure equipment performance, reliability, and uptime.
Develop technical expertise across advanced imaging technologies, including MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, and additional modalities through structured training programmes.
Support healthcare customers by delivering professional technical assistance and maintaining high service standards throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Work across a multi-vendor environment, gaining exposure to a wide range of imaging technologies and applications.
Contribute to major service contract projects while maintaining accurate service documentation and adhering to quality standards.
Person Specifications
