The team is well established with over 18 engineers across the UK and due to organic growth, they are developing the team!
Role Requirements
You will be fully trained on the product portfolio and will support customers in the lab when necessary
carrying out preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HPLC, GC, and LC portfolios in pharmaceutical labs
Covering your regional patch from your location
supporting the team when necessary and managing your own diaries with the clientele
Person Specifications
You will have had extensive troubleshooting experience on chromatography instrumentation from your previous roles within a laboratory environment and be keen to expand your knowledge to progress as a field service engineer with a professional development plan that is continuously reviewed throughout the year.
Experience in chromatography instrumentation support – either in an engineering or laboratory-based role
Candidates must have worked in GXP environments, be familiar with industry best practice to ensure valid analytical results at all times and be compliant with procedures to mitigate all regulatory risks of non-conformance.
Package
Base salary up to £45,000 per annum
Bonus 10% based on company performance
