Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for servicing, installing, and supporting key laboratory equipment, with a focus on Ion Chromatography and Titration systems. Training will be provided for other product lines as you grow in the role.

Serving clients across the UK and Ireland, they provide tailored solutions and technical support to meet diverse analytical needs.
Role Requirements
Installing, servicing, and repairing scientific lab instruments – initially focusing on Ion Chromatography and Titration systems.
Performing calibration, qualification, and validation.
Supporting customers across your regional territory, with occasional travel to assist other team areas.
Ensuring high standards of documentation and customer satisfaction.
Typically 1-2 overnight stays per month.
Person Specifications
Prior Field Service Engineering experience in any of the following areas:
Chemistry laboratories, pharma laboratories, analytical equipment, general laboratory equipment or medical/biomedical equipment.
A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and a “can do” attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
