German Customer Experience Representative
Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join a high-performing Customer Experience team. This role combines traditional customer service responsibilities with proactive customer engagement, customer retention activities, CRM management, and commercial support.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey, while supporting wider business growth objectives.

Role Requirements
Deliver professional and responsive customer support via phone, email, Teams, and other digital communication channels
Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, products, deliveries, and account support
Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex matters where required
Support customer onboarding and ongoing account engagement activities
Conduct proactive customer follow-up calls and retention activities
Re-engage inactive customers and support customer development initiatives
Assist with marketing campaigns and customer communication programmes
Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs within CRM systems
Support reporting, KPI tracking, and customer data management
Coordinate product information, samples, and customer follow-up activities
Gather customer feedback and market insights
Identify customer opportunities, risks, and trends and communicate these to commercial teams
Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance the overall customer experience
Person Specifications
Essential
Previous experience within Customer Service, Customer Experience, Customer Support, Internal Sales, Sales Support, or a similar customer-facing role
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience working with CRM systems and customer databases
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer interactions simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Desirable
Experience within a B2B environment
Previous experience within Animal Health, Veterinary, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or related sectors
Animal Health or Veterinary Customer Service experience would be highly advantageous
Experience supporting customer retention, outbound customer engagement, or sales support activities
Knowledge of HubSpot, SAP, or similar CRM platforms
Additional European language skills
