The Haemostasis Application Specialist provides comprehensive expertise and support for the implementation, utilisation, and troubleshooting of haemostasis-related diagnostic equipment and software.

Our client, recognized as a premier diagnostic supplier in the UK known for superior quality products, exceptional service, and reliability, is seeking a Haemostasis application specialist to enhance their team.
Role Requirements
-Conducting installations of new equipment, ensuring validation of routine and specialized assays, and generating comprehensive reports adhering to laboratory standards.
-Managing software upgrades, incorporating advancements in instrumentation and application enhancements.
-Implementing new assay protocols, offering training, support, and installation at customer locations throughout the UK and Ireland.
-Addressing troubleshooting inquiries after providing initial telephone support.
-Collaborating with the Haemostasis Technical Manager or Field Service Engineer on joint visits to aid in technical investigations necessitating Application Specialist expertise.
Person Specifications
– BSc (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science or Similar
– Greater than 3 years’ experience in a laboratory environment or Agenda for Change band >=6
– A good depth in haemostasis experience
– Technical and logical problem-solving capability.
– Reading and understanding of scientific and technical documentation.
– Full Driving Licence
– Experience of Haemostasis instruments
