Inside Sales Representative
Role Overview
You will support three Switzerland-based Account Managers to maintain existing business and drive new sales across the region, communicating primarily via email and phone. You will also assist at exhibitions and support wider sales activities as needed.

Role Requirements
Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries into opportunities
Support the opportunity pipeline from enquiry through to close
Act as a link between field sales and internal teams
Participate in sales campaigns and customer follow-ups
Log all interactions and opportunities in the CRM
Engage with training courses provided by suppliers and internally
Person Specifications
Life sciences degree with practical lab experience
Strong interest in a career in life science sales
Excellent communication skills via phone, email and video
Motivated, organised and team-oriented
Fluency in German or French
