Technical Sales Advisor
Role Overview
You will support their field-based colleagues to protect existing business and to drive new sales across the whole of the region.

Their goal is to identify companies that develop innovative technologies and to bring these products to life science researchers in academic and industrial organisations in the UK and Ireland. Their innovative and reliable products, combined with the efficient logistics and customer services they offer, help customers achieve their research goals and make breakthrough discoveries in a wide range of life science research areas.
Role Requirements
Assisting in the management of opportunity pipelines from initial enquiries to close of business.
Manage in-bound sales enquiries.
Helping their team to convert inbound enquires.
Serve as a direct link between the field sales team and the other office-based teams.
Ensure all customer contacts, opportunities and other activities are logged into the CRM system.
Engage with all supplier and internal training courses.
Person Specifications
A life sciences degree with some practical laboratory experience.
A strong interest in pursuing a career in life science sales.
Enthusiasm to learn new skills including sales techniques.
Excellent communication skills: via telephone, email, and video calls.
High level of self-motivation.
Ability to plan, co-ordinate and implement activities effectively.
