Inside Sales Specialist
Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by qualifying incoming inquiries identifying sales opportunities, and working closely with Marketing to generate new business opportunities within the clinical and biotech markets.

Our client supplies Biotech and Clinical markets in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland with reliable and innovative in-vitro diagnostic products from proven global manufacturers. They are currently looking to onboard a life science graduate who has an interest in immunology/ biomedical science to transition into an Inside Sales Specialist role. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to step into a scientific commercial role to drive sales growth within the business, with opportunities to progress internally across sales, technical support, or marketing.
Role Requirements
Manage and qualify incoming inquiries and identify sales opportunities
Work closely with Marketing to generate new business opportunities
Develop and strengthen current customer relationships
Collaborate with the sales, technical support, and marketing departments
Input all inquiries, leads, and customer data into the CRM system
Person Specifications
BSc in a life science subject such as biomedical science, biology, or biochemistry
Experience in a customer service or sales-based role, including part-time roles during university
Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team
Able to commute to Oxford
Package
£4,000 bonus scheme after probation
Pension with 7% employer contribution
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
