Key Account Manager
Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key customer relationships across the South of England. This is a strategic and customer-facing role, focused on expanding the company’s presence in the shoulder portfolio. Working closely with surgeons, clinical teams, and internal departments, the role combines sales leadership, account development, and clinical support to deliver results in a competitive and evolving market.

Role Requirements
Manage and develop key customer relationships within the territory.
Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Provide clinical support, including training and case assistance for surgeons.
Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic accounts and business objectives.
Person Specifications
Direct experience and strong knowledge of orthopaedic products, specifically related to shoulders.
Proven success in both account management and new business development within NHS and private healthcare sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Strategic, organised, and commercially aware, with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Package
Uncapped commission scheme (40k+).
£700 a month car allowance.
