Role Overview
As an LCMS Technical Specialist, you would support the continued growth of the company’s Liquid Chromatography Business by ensuring customer success through pre/post-sales support, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and training focused on products in LC-MS/MS.

Our client is globally known providing a broad range of analytical such as chromatographs, spectrometers, and elemental and surface analysis systems as well as a broad range of high-precision physical testing and measuring technology. They are currently looking for an experienced Chromatography/Mass spectrometry profile looking to enter the commercial scientific sector as a LC/LCMS Technical Specialist.
Role Requirements
-Provide post-sales training, method development support, and troubleshooting advice for LC-MS/MS solutions
-Teach training courses, both lecture-based and hands-on events.
-Provide technical expertise to customers by email, phone, online, or in person.
-Deliver technical presentations during sales calls, and present application work at conferences and seminars.
Person Specifications
-At least 3 years of experience in mass spectrometry
-In-depth understanding of mass spectrometry and chromatography (LC-MS/MS). This experience may be from direct industry involvement or via an academic route.
-Knowledge of MALDI mass spectrometry is desirable.
-Willingness to travel (daily) and spend time away from home (each week) to support customers and colleagues.
