New Learning & Development Manager for a well reputed Animal Health Pharmaceutical company based Midlands/Northants.

An excellent opportunity to develop your career with a leading global veterinary pharmaceutical business.
This newly created Commercial L&D Manager role will be focussed on embedding a sustainable commercial learning strategy that optimises net sales, drives market share gains and increases profit year on year for the organisation. You will be required to work in collaboration with all functions responsible for business excellence and sales force effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have:
· Experience of working in the Animal Health Industry (essential)
· 10 years+ of business experience in sales roles including Key Account Management and Solution Selling
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategic sales management, working within a management team
· Experience of coaching and developing commercial team members and delivering training
