Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join a close-knit UK marketing team. This is a fully remote role offering ownership across digital marketing activity, including campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and website management.
The role is highly hands-on, with a strong focus on execution, optimisation, and measurable performance outcomes across both B2B and B2C audiences within the veterinary sector.

Role Requirements
Own and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo, driving engagement and lead generation
Plan and deliver multi-channel digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Manage and optimise the WordPress website with a focus on SEO, UX, and conversion performance
Create high-quality content and campaign assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
Support broader marketing activity including product launches and brand campaigns
Ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity across all digital channels
Person Specifications
Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience in a commercial environment
Strong background in email marketing and digital campaign execution
Confident copywriting and content creation ability
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, WordPress, and Salesforce (desirable)
Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite advantageous
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
Experience within animal health, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
Package
Base salary: £36,500
Annual bonus: 10%
