You’ll work closely with sales, supply chain, and medical education teams to deliver seamless product launches, impactful training, and strong portfolio growth across the UK.

Building on decades of human orthopaedic expertise, their veterinary division develops veterinary-specific implants, biologics, and imaging systems, helping vets treat animal patients better.
Role Requirements
Lead the UK strategy for the Vet Systems product portfolio in line with global direction.
Manage product launches, marketing campaigns, and product lifecycle planning.
Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and medical education teams to ensure operational excellence.
Deliver training and workshops for the veterinary salesforce and surgeons.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) vets.
Support market analysis, forecasting, and commercial planning.
Oversee medical education events and materials to promote innovation.
Person Specifications
4+ years’ experience in medical, veterinary, or biologics sales/marketing.
Proven success in product management or marketing within healthcare.
Scientific or veterinary background beneficial (e.g. anatomy, sports science, physiotherapy). – Preffered
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic, collaborative, and able to work cross-functionally.
Strong planning, organisation, and analytical capabilities.
Full UK driving licence required.
Open to UK Travel.
