Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Specialist, your focus is on high-activity sales development to increase the quantity of new customers and enhance existing relationships. Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, deep product knowledge, and daily engagement with a minimum of three customers. Maintain the CRM, represent the company at events, and manage company assets. Role Requirements

-Implement sales methodologies for quantity, direction, and quality in diverse sectors
-Demonstrate proficient knowledge of their products, highlighting features and benefits
-Optimize time and travel to engage with a minimum of 3 customers daily
-Maintain the CRM database and represent the company at events
-Uphold a positive company image and ensure professionalism in interactions
-Maintain company assets, including a company car, laptop, iPhone, and iPad
-Collaborate with field personnel, such as Technical Specialists and Service Engineers
-Adhere to pricing and operational guidelines set by the company
-Undertake additional tasks as required by the company

Person Specifications

-A Chemistry Degree (or similar) is essential as is the need to possess exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a burning desire for sales achievement.
-Experience around HPLC, GC, LC and Spectroscopy experience
-UK driving Licence

Package

-Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
-Bonus ranging from £7000-£10,000k OTE
