Role Overview
Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers for products and accessories.
Supporting customers with inquiries and rerouting them to the appropriate department or responsible person when necessary.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Vapourtec colleagues to maximise sales revenue and deliver excellent customer service.
Maintaining accurate customer contact records within the company’s CRM system.
Assisting the wider sales team with ongoing tenders and sales administration tasks.

Person Specifications
Essential:
Drive, self-motivated and proactive
Customer facing or sales administration experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Desirable:
BSc Chemistry or related
