Senior Field Service Engineer

You will independently manage service operations across your territory, ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic imaging equipment while driving customer satisfaction and promoting service offerings.

Associate’s degree in electronics technology or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical imaging technology field service.
Proven customer service and technical problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Windows and DOS; networking knowledge (TCP/IP, FTP) preferred.
Ability to travel at least 60% and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
High level of self-motivation and ability to function independently.
