Role Overview

You’ll lead on-site validation of advanced biomedical devices, ensure compliance with industry standards, and provide top-tier technical support-from installs and maintenance to troubleshooting and customer training.

Role Requirements

Lead equipment validation projects at UK customer sites.
Perform installations, diagnostics & maintenance.
Deliver training & support to customers and internal teams.
Travel internationally for global service/validation projects.
Collaborate with service, sales & technical teams.
Help shape and grow our UK service offering.

Person Specifications

Background in refrigeration, biomedical, or service engineering.
3+ years’ experience in validation or technical service (or strong aptitude to grow).
Great communication, self-motivation, and adaptability.
Full UK Driving Licence & willingness to travel.
