Role Requirements
Main Responsibilities
” Shall implement and work to all regulatory and quality requirements
” Shall implement and work to all applicable health, safety and environmental requirements stipulated by HSE manual, HSE policies and HSE objectives.
” Identify and engage with continuous improvements projects.
” Engage with the sales and field service teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality product is achieved from point of sale through to installation completion.
” Report any PAE/PQI effectively and quickly.
” National travel where business needs
” On occasion deliver installation and repair items
” Providing remote assistance to end-users using desktop applications, chat features, emails, and phone assistance to customers
” Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues remotely to help end-users.
” Giving users step-by-step instructions for resolving technological issues
” Responding and following up quickly to technical questions and escalating complex technical issues to appropriate teams
” collaborating with on-site technicians and customer support teams
Person Specifications
Critical Skills
” Good planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
” Good Excel skills and data analysis
” Experienced user in SAP & Salesforce an advantage
” Good communication abilities
” Required knowledge & experience.
” HNC in electronics or equivalent experience – essential
” Previous experience within a field service environment – desirable
” Bio medical equipment experience – desirable
” Full UK manual driving license
” Clear and concise written and spoken ability.
” Ability to be able to explain engineering terminology to non-engineering persons.
” Good working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
” Ability to work as part of a team.
” Willing to travel and work unsocial hours depending on customer needs.
