Amazing service from Zenopa, but especially from my recruiter Lottie Moore. Lottie was frequently in contact about the clients that she had sent my CV to, letting me know when she had chats with the hiring manager as well as feeding back how they were feeling about specific aspects of the CV and professional experience which really helped with the interview. A stark contrast to other experiences I have had in the past where a recruiter would send a CV and I wouldn't ever hear back... She did a practice interview with me and helped me tailor answers to put the information across in the best way, and her practice questions ended up being discussed in interviews which helped massively and is a service that I haven't had from recruiters in the past. She is a breath of fresh air as she is completely transparant and will tell you if you are giving answers that won't come across well in interviews. None of these things mention just how lovely she is as a person, all of my interactions with Lottie have been an absolute pleasure.
