Account Executive
Role Overview
This role is definitely different from a typical Account Executive position! You would be communicating with Pharma companies, pitching the company and their offering to them and building those accounts and relationships from the ground up! Working as a part of their sales and Marketing team to generate new business opportunities.
Medical animation serves is at the heart of what they do, and their scientific storytelling and drug visualization help form the foundation of a pharmaceutical marketing campaign. They have completed projects for all of the Top 25 Pharma companies, working directly with scientists as well as marketing and procurement teams.
They have also worked extensively in the areas of consumer health, medical devices and diagnostics tests, animal health, in addition to collaborating with the film industry to develop various documentaries that can be seen in IMAX theatres globally.

Role Requirements
• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales & Marketing team, specialising in accounts for the top 100 pharmaceutical companies, small pharma and biotechnology industry
• Execute Search Strategy to identify new contacts/key stakeholders for Pharma and Biotech
• Management of key databases and initiatives (CRM Salesforce and GoogleDocs)
• Administrative tasks such as emailing, salesforce and database updates
• Contacting potential new clients
• Proposal development for potential new business
• Arranging and participating in client calls
• Build up knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
Person Specifications
• Previous experience is not required, as training will be provided on the job. However, candidates must have a life sciences BSc and/or MSc with a strong desire to develop their career in marketing and communications
• A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communicator both verbally and in writing
• Computer literate
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and able to travel to and from Central London
