Role Overview

You will install, service, and repair laboratory analytical equipment across a territory based within a 2-hour radius of Northampton, with occasional national travel.

Zenopa have partnered with a company specialising in the distribution and maintenance of analytical systems.
They serve a diverse client base including manufacturing industries, universities, and research institutes, offering advanced chemistry lab equipment developed by their German parent company.

Role Requirements

Carry out field service work including diagnostics, calibration, and maintenance
Provide phone and email support to customers when not on-site
Coordinate schedule with service team to optimise efficiency and minimise travel
Generate accurate service reports and parts usage records
Support expansion of service contracts and share potential sales leads
Adhere to company quality standards and procedures

Person Specifications

Experience with both electronic and mechanical instrumentation
Ideally experienced in lone working within lab environments
Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn
Strong communication and organisational skills
